Scrum Master
Remote Role
Compensation: $45 - $55
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our Client is seeking an experienced Agile professional with a strong background in Product and IT, ideally with over three years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have at least two years in roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach, and possess a SCRUM Master Certification. Experience applying multiple agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and LeSS, as well as working on large-scale, multi-team projects, is required. The role also demands proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance the software development lifecycle, along with excellent English communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Guide and support multiple Scrum teams in applying Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, LeSS)
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure a clear product backlog and priorities
- Leverage AI tools to enhance software development quality and efficiency
- Identify and resolve impediments to team progress and foster continuous improvement
- Promote effective communication and collaboration within and across teams
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles
- Monitor and report on team performance, progress, and deliverables
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of Product and IT experience
- 2+ years in the role of Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Agile Coach
- 1+ years of experience applying multiple agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or LeSS
- 1+ years of experience working on large scale, multiple Scrum team projects
- SCRUM Master Certification
- Experience leveraging AI tools in the software development lifecycle to improve quality and efficiency
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong speaking, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
