Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst
Remote
Compensation: Based on experience and certifications
Contract through atleast end of August
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a remote Epic Willow Ambulatory Analyst to support projects through atleast August 31, 2026. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the Epic Willow module to enhance pharmacy workflows and ensure optimal system performance. The ideal candidate will possess Epic Willow Certification, have over five years of experience building out the Willow module, and demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills. A pharmacist license is preferred. Compensation will be based on experience and certifications.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Configure, build, and optimize the Epic Willow Ambulatory module to support pharmacy workflows
- Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Willow module, ensuring system reliability and compliance
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures
- Provide end-user training and support for pharmacy staff and other stakeholders
WHAT YOU BRING
- Epic Willow Certification
- 5+ years of relevant project experience building out the Willow module
- Pharmacist license preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
