Job Title: Oracle HCM Reporting Analyst
Location: (Hybrid)
Start Date: ASAP
Position Overview
The Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting Analyst will serve as a key reporting SME supporting the Oracle ERP implementation. This individual will design and develop operational reports using OTBI and BI Publisher across Core HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, and Payroll modules.
The analyst will partner closely with functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into reporting solutions while supporting testing phases and post-go-live stabilization. This role is ideal for a highly technical Oracle reporting specialist who can work independently and contribute immediately within a fast-moving ERP implementation environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Design and develop OTBI transactional reports and BI Publisher formatted reports
• Build reporting solutions across Core HR, Time & Labor, Workforce Scheduling, and Payroll modules
• Develop payroll registers, timecard summaries, overtime reports, and shift premium reporting
• Support compliance reporting and workforce analytics needs
• Translate functional business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
• Support SIT/UAT testing cycles and post-go-live stabilization efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Supply Chain
• Provide reporting support and guidance to internal team members as needed
Qualifications
• Strong experience developing Oracle Fusion HCM reports
• Hands-on experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting tools
• Strong SQL experience
• Experience supporting reporting during ERP implementations
• Knowledge of payroll processing and workforce reporting logic
• Healthcare or shift-based workforce experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and communication skills
