Job Description:
Associate Software Engineer (Full-Stack)
Dearborn, MI (hybrid - 4 days/week onsite)
$75,000+
Full-Time (40 hours/week)
Start Date: April 6th, 2026

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
· In the last semester of or having earned a completed bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Computer Science, IT, etc)
· Hands-on experience with OOP (ideally Java)
· Frontend development experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript (Angular or React experience considered a bonus!)
· Experience with databases like noSQL or MongoDB
· BONUS: Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, etc), experience with Spring Boot
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop enhancements & new features in tandem with other Software Engineers
· Direct exposure and pairing opportunities with senior engineers to understand the requirements of the project and develop solutions, which meet those requirements.
· Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures
· Maintain features for existing progressive web applications
· Ensure quality, on-time delivery using agile, test driven development principles.
· Maintain features for existing applications and assist with GCP migration efforts
