- Lead refinement sessions with business and technical stakeholders to define features and value outcomes.
- Partner with Product Managers to decompose epics into features that support incremental business value delivery.
- Work with Architects to identify, define, and document Enabler Epics.
- Coordinate with Solution Architects to estimate and size epics based on scope and complexity.

- Support ART Product Management with feature backlog prioritization to optimize delivery outcomes.
- Coordinate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to initiate and align development work tied to assigned epics.
- Participate in PI Planning and System Demos when epic-related scope is in flight.
- Monitor, track, and communicate epic progress to Product Leaders, Lean Portfolio Management, and key stakeholders.
- Provide operational and delivery support across cross-functional teams within the value stream.
- Schedule and facilitate core team and stakeholder meetings.
- Participate in ART syncs and cross-team alignment forums.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating as an Enterprise PM, Epic Owner, or Product Owner in large-scale enterprise delivery
- Proven success managing large, cross-functional initiatives in matrixed organizations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled facilitator across business and technical audiences
- Proactive, driver mindset — asks questions early and pushes clarity
- Pragmatic, outcome-focused approach to Agile and SAFe practices
- Comfortable working in organizational transformation and change environments
- Demonstrated problem-solving persistence and stakeholder empathy
- Product or SAFe-related certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Mainframe modernization or legacy platform transformation initiatives
