Job Description:
Program Manager (Data & AI)
Role Purpose
Owns end‑to‑end delivery, coordination, and operating rhythm for data and AI initiatives across domains and shared services. Ensures outcomes are delivered on time, on scope, and with discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive execution of data & AI initiatives across domains and shared services
- Own integrated delivery plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Establish and run operating cadence (planning, status, risk, escalation)
- Manage cross‑team dependencies (platform, governance, domain teams)
- Track value delivery, risks, and remediation actions
- Own delivery SLAs and escalation paths
- Ensure documentation, RACI, and operating model artifacts are current
Core Skills & Experience
- Program and portfolio management
- Cross‑functional coordination (business, engineering, governance)
- Risk and dependency management
- Strong executive communication
- Familiarity with data & analytics programs (not a hands‑on engineer)
Key Deliverables
- Integrated program plan and timeline
- Delivery status dashboards
- Risk and issue logs
- Operating model documentation
- Steering committee materials
Success Measures
- On‑time delivery of committed milestones
- Clear ownership and accountability
- Reduced delivery friction between teams
- Predictable execution at scale
