Inside Sales Representative

On-Site Role

Compensation: $20 - $25/hr

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a motivated and resilient Inside Sales Representative to join their fast-paced logistics team. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling with warm leads to reconnect with previous customers, generate new business opportunities, and schedule shipments. The ideal candidate is energetic, coachable, and thrives in a performance-driven, phone-based environment. You will play a key role in re-engaging former clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with the dispatch team to ensure successful load scheduling. This is an onsite position in a dynamic, team-oriented setting.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Conduct approximately 100 outbound calls per day to reconnect with previous customers using warm leads
• Re-engage and rebuild business relationships with former clients to generate and qualify sales opportunities
• Pass qualified shipments to the dispatch team for scheduling and follow up to ensure successful load completion
• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers after accounts are re-established to encourage repeat business
• Handle inbound calls as needed to support customer needs and address inquiries
• Track and document all sales activities and customer interactions accurately in CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with the dispatch team to coordinate and ensure timely scheduling of shipments
• Work onsite daily in a high-energy, team-oriented environment, contributing to overall team goals and performance metrics

WHAT YOU BRING

• Previous customer-facing or sales experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with a confident and engaging phone presence
• Ability to handle rejection, maintain persistence, and stay motivated in a high-volume call environment
• Coachable with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow professionally
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
• Experience in logistics or trucking is a plus, but not required
