Genesys Cloud Developer


Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and optimize their Genesys cloud platform for contact center operations. In this critical role, you will ensure reliable 24/7 operations, drive innovation by integrating AI-developed applications via API, and collaborate closely with both internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive technical documentation and job aids, implementing technological efficiencies, and supporting the strategic roadmap for contact center technology. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance customer service operations, thrives in a dynamic environment, and excels at seamless communication between IT and business partners.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Manage and maintain the Genesys cloud platform to ensure seamless and reliable 24/7 contact center operations
  • Architect, design, and integrate internally developed AI applications with the Genesys Cloud platform via API
  • Collaborate with internal teammates and external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues efficiently
  • Develop comprehensive technical documentation and job aids to support team members and improve operational efficiency
  • Identify and implement technological efficiencies to optimize contact center performance and drive innovation
  • Communicate changes, updates, and technical information effectively to IT leaders and business partners
  • Plan and execute deployments of new features and updates to the Genesys cloud platform
  • Support business partners in developing and executing a strategic roadmap for contact center technology
  • Leverage experience with Aspect/Alvaria workforce management systems and/or Intradiem as needed

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Extensive experience with Genesys cloud platform and contact center operations
  • 5+ years of software development experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with external vendors
  • Experience in developing technical documentation and job aids
  • Knowledge of contact center technologies and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Desired: IT admin and managing experience with Aspect/Alvaria workforce management systems and/or Intradiem
