Junior Salesforce Developer

Overview:
Our client's Digital Salesforce organization is preparing for upcoming releases and seeking a motivated Junior Salesforce professional to join their sales CRM team. Ideal candidates can be recent graduates or individuals with early career experience who are eager to grow into a full Salesforce development role.
What You’ll Do:
- Start within the Operations team, handling smaller break-fix work while getting familiar with the Market Point 360 application.
- After approximately 3 months, transition to the Development team, beginning with smaller admin-leaning tasks and gradually taking on more complex customizations.
- Support upcoming product releases and contribute to ongoing platform enhancements.
- Work alongside a designated mentor to support your onboarding, learning path, and long-term success.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with architects, leadership, and CRM team members.
- Help ensure the application leverages AI responsibly using Google AI integrations (no model-building required).
- Contribute to an environment that aims to maintain ~80% out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
Required Skills & Experience
- Foundational Salesforce exposure; Salesforce base certification preferred.
- JavaScript experience.
- Data experience or familiarity with tools such as MuleSoft or Databricks preferred.
- Understanding of general AI concepts and responsible AI usage (no need to build models).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-moving project needs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
