Job Description:
Job Title: Accounts Payable Financial Analyst (Non-PO Side)
Location: Hybrid / Primarily Onsite (Houston preferred)
Start Date: Mid–November
Position Overview:
The Accounts Payable Financial Analyst supports daily and monthly accounting functions, including reconciliations, 1099/W9 reporting, and coordination with treasury.
This role blends analytical and operational responsibilities to ensure timely, accurate payments and compliance during ERP transition activities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage W9/1099 vendor reporting and compliance (via MHC)
- Support monthly and quarterly reconciliations
- Validate payment batches and coordinate with treasury for bank confirmations
- Process and analyze expense reimbursements via Infor XM
- Partner with accounting to ensure batch closure and accurate reporting
- Maintain vendor accuracy and assist with year-end processing
- Assist with documentation cleanup and workflow testing during ERP transition
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Lawson (Infor) and Excel experience required
- Familiarity with MHC, Infor XM, and ServiceNow preferred
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to accuracy
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Healthcare experience not required
