Financial Analyst
Broadview Heights, OH (Cleveland, OH suburb)
Hybrid/Onsite: 4 days a week in-office, 1 day remote
2 Month Contract (11/03/2025–12/31/2025)
Our Client is seeking a Financial Analyst for a 2-month contract based in Broadview Heights, OH. This role is responsible for analyzing and reconciling accounts, preparing and annotating variance reports, and collaborating with operating plans to create supporting financial forecasts and budgets. The Financial Analyst will conduct research to assess the accounting impact of various approaches and present findings to management. The ideal candidate will possess a thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles, strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience with financial management applications. The position follows a hybrid schedule, with four days in-office and one day remote per week.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Thorough knowledge of accounting and finance principles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present financial analysis to management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Working knowledge of popular financial management applications
- 3–7 years of related experience
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze and reconcile financial accounts
- Prepare and annotate variance reports
- Develop financial forecasts and budgets based on operating plans
- Conduct research to assess accounting consequences of alternative approaches
- Present financial analysis and findings to management
