Job Description:

Senior Contracts Specialist (Federal – Construction)

We’re hiring a Senior Contracts Specialist to support high-impact federal construction and renovation projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned acquisition professional who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across the full procurement lifecycle.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and support end-to-end federal acquisitions (pre-award through closeout)
  • Develop and manage RFPs, evaluations, and award processes
  • Perform cost/price analysis and support source selections
  • Administer contracts, including modifications and compliance
  • Partner with Contracting Officers and program teams on critical projects

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of federal contracting experience (1102 or equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of FAR Part 15 & FAR Part 36
  • Experience supporting construction, renovation, or facilities contracts
  • Proven ability to manage full lifecycle acquisitions
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Nice to Have

  • Experience with GSA contracts
  • Background supporting large/complex projects
  • GS-14 level experience or equivalent
