  • Collaborate with mentors and senior team members to build project management and financial skillsets
  • Gain exposure to large-scale utility communication projects and enterprise project environments

WHAT YOU BRING

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, financial analysis, or related role
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, data analysis)
  • Basic understanding of financial processes such as forecasting, accruals, and invoicing
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow in a project environment
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Microsoft Project (bonus)
  • Experience with Power BI or other reporting/visualization tools (bonus)
  • Familiarity with telecommunications concepts (wireless, RF, VoIP, data communications) (bonus)
  • Understanding of infrastructure or utility-related projects (bonus)

  • Health, Dental, and Vision benefits, weekly pay, holiday paid time off, and sick-leave through Eight Eleven Group
  • Participation in Brooksource’s Elevate Program: 12 months of technical training, upskilling, professional development, and exposure to upper leadership to support seamless full-time conversion
