Job Description:
Job Title: Epic Application Analyst
Location: Hybrid
Schedule: 8–5 CST
Start Date: ASA
Position Overview:
This position supports Epic clinical applications by assisting with flowsheet builds, profile configuration, optimization requests, and upgrade support. The analyst will balance ticket resolution with project participation and gradually take ownership of defined workstreams. This is an entry-level to early-career role with growth opportunity into more advanced Epic responsibilities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain Epic clinical documentation tools
- Build and update flowsheets and profiles
- Resolve tickets within the optimization queue
- Assist with Epic upgrades and testing activities
- Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders on enhancement requests
- Participate in project work and support mini initiatives as assigned
- Maintain documentation and follow Epic best practices
Qualifications:
- Epic ClinDoc Certification (Required)
- 2–3 years of Epic experience
- Experience supporting Epic upgrades and optimization efforts
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and workflow troubleshooting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and take on more responsibility
