ABOUT THE ROLE
Our systems integrator partner is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator to join their team supporting a leading health insurance company in the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote role is responsible for platform support, maintenance, and the enablement of new functionalities within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing Marketing Cloud operations, ensuring system reliability, and implementing enhancements that drive business value. You will collaborate with both business and technical teams to deploy new features and integrations, support enterprise-level implementations, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative environment focused on continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform routine patching, certificate updates, and user operations to maintain system integrity and security.
- Monitor platform performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and compliance.
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions in alignment with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to configure and deploy new Salesforce Marketing Cloud features.
- Support integration efforts with other Salesforce products and third-party applications.
- Assist in testing and validating new functionalities before production release.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support for Marketing Cloud campaigns, automation, and data management.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates and recommend improvements to optimize platform capabilities.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud modules (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder).
- Experience with platform maintenance tasks (patching, certificate renewals, user management).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and integration concepts.
- Knowledge of data security, compliance, and HIPAA regulations in healthcare environments.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Experience working with system integrators or in a consulting environment (preferred).
- Understanding of health insurance industry processes and customer engagement strategies (preferred).
