Job Description:

Title: Senior Project Manager – BioMed / Clinical Engineering

Location: Remote

Duration: 12/1/25 – 11/30/26

Pay Rate: $38.15–$63.79/hr


Summary:

Providence is seeking two Senior Project Managers with strong BioMed/Clinical Engineering backgrounds to lead complex device-related projects across multi-site construction and modernization programs. This role will serve as the primary BioMed/CE point of contact, driving device strategy, vendor coordination, integration planning, and cross-functional alignment with IT, clinical, and operational teams. Candidates must be able to operate independently, manage large project scopes, and partner effectively with leadership across the enterprise.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BioMed/CE project work: device strategy, TRB, Nuvolo, integrations, vendor readiness, procurement → deployment

• Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and communications

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across CE, IS, clinical, operations, and vendors

• Support device lifecycle planning within construction/activation programs

• Build and maintain project documentation and governance artifacts

• Deliver regular updates and presentations to leadership


Required Experience:

BioMed or Clinical Engineering experience (non-negotiable)

• Experience managing complex, multi-site healthcare technology projects

• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills

• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities


Preferred:

• Experience with construction/activation programs

• Familiarity with Providence systems & governance

• PMP/Lean/other PM certifications
