Overview
Our client's Digital Solutions team is launching new agentic AI initiatives to transform its Sales, Business Development, and Acquisition processes. They are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with experience in agentic AI, data engineering concepts, and enterprise-scale project delivery. This role blends traditional project management with emerging intelligent workflow development—improving systems across SAP, SharePoint, Excel, and building automated, insight-driven sales processes.
You will partner with Data Engineers, Sales Process SMEs, Data Scientists, and UI/UX Designers to deliver highly visible AI-driven initiatives with strong business impact.

New projects and agentic AI initiatives are kicking off across the organization, requiring a dedicated PM to structure, drive, and deliver high-visibility work.
Business Objectives
This role centers around elevating sales and pursuit processes through intelligent automation and data insights, including:
- Leads and pursuit workflows
- Market insights, win/loss analytics, and risk mitigation
- Automated bid strategy support
- Intelligent PowerPoint generation and recommendations
- Improved data pipelines, workflows, and cross-system integrations
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end agentic AI projects supporting sales workflows and business development functions.
- Manage cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, UI/UX Designers, and Sales Process SMEs.
- Improve existing SAP, SharePoint, and Excel-driven processes by introducing automation and intelligent workflows.
- Build and manage agentic workflows for leads, pursuits, win/loss analysis, bid strategies, and market insights.
- Support high-visibility deliverables with clear communication and structured task breakdowns.
- Deliver polished updates, documentation, and stakeholder-ready outputs (executive-facing support led by Andreas).
- Ensure projects involving data pipelines and AI Foundry/AgentForce components stay aligned with business objectives.
Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of Project Management experience in large enterprise environments
- 1–3 years of hands-on agentic AI project experience
- Experience managing projects using AI Foundry (Azure) or similar agentic platforms
- Familiarity with data pipelines and data engineering concepts
- Experience collaborating with UX teams and driving strong user experience outcomes
- Ability to elicit tasks, define workflows, and manage high-visibility efforts with many stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of AI and data-driven workflow modernization
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional technical team
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Oil & Gas industry experience
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Salesforce AgentForce exposure
