Job Description:

PeopleSoft Functional Analyst
Remote with occasional travel
Contract, 13 months

Join a large healthcare system as a PeopleSoft Functional Analyst within the HR Technology and Process Optimization team. This 13-month contract, remote with occasional travel, focuses on supporting compensation processes and the upcoming Oracle Cloud implementation. You will serve as a key liaison between technology and business groups, administering HR systems, monitoring HR technology trends, and collaborating with business leaders to implement organizational and technical changes. The ideal candidate is an analytical thinker with strong project management skills, advanced PeopleSoft and Excel expertise, and a proven background in compensation and HR analytics. Your work will ensure seamless communication, effective project execution, and strong vendor relationships across HR.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-5 years of experience in the compensation space, including pay rate changes, enhancements, and annual merit increases
  • Strong proficiency with the PeopleSoft platform, specifically in compensation modules
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience in analytics and project coordination/management
  • Ability to collaborate effectively between technology and business teams
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience supporting or participating in HR system implementations (Oracle Cloud experience a plus)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer HR tools and act as system administrator for PeopleSoft and related HR platforms
  • Monitor HR technology trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and implement organizational and technical changes
  • Ensure alignment across HR departments by communicating project impacts and updates
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships with HR service providers for effective collaboration and service delivery
  • Support Oracle Cloud implementation and integration with existing HR systems
  • Analyze compensation data and manage pay rate changes, enhancements, and annual merit increases within PeopleSoft
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Coordinate and manage HR technology projects to ensure timely and successful delivery
  • Act as a liaison between technology and business groups to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
