Records Clerk
Oklahoma City, OK
On-Site Role
$14 - $16 per hour
Full-Time, Temporary (6-12 months)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a Records Clerk for a temporary administrative assignment. This role is essential in supporting the smooth operation of daily office functions by performing accurate data entry, document scanning and digitization, and information research to assist various departments. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with basic office systems and equipment, including PCs and the LaserFiche Imaging System. This position offers an immediate start, a straightforward 15-minute interview process, and a contract duration of 6-12 months with opportunity for extension after.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain electronic records to support office operations
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents using office imaging systems, including the LaserFiche Imaging System
- Conduct information research to support various departments and respond to information requests
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in records and documentation with keen attention to detail
- Safely operate office equipment such as PCs and imaging systems
- Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily office activities
- Communicate effectively with staff and provide timely support as needed
WHAT YOU BRING
- Proficient typing skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to visually discern discrepancies in documents and data
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to safely operate office equipment, including PC and LaserFiche Imaging System
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred
