Business Process Consultant (BPC) / Source-to-Pay Functional Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our Fortune 100 client, a leading system integrator, is seeking a Business Process Consultant (BPC) / Source-to-Pay Functional Lead to drive business process design and functional implementation for a global enterprise information management and secure storage services company. This fully remote role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, focusing on optimizing Source-to-Pay processes and ensuring successful adoption of the ServiceNow SPO solution. You will play a key role in leading discovery workshops, gathering and validating business requirements, defining future-state procurement processes, and translating requirements into actionable functional specifications. You will also advise on ServiceNow SPO best practices, support testing, training, and change management, and partner with architects and developers to ensure solutions meet business objectives. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on global operations and process standardization for a major enterprise client.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead discovery workshops and business process review sessions with stakeholders
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for Source-to-Pay processes
• Define and design future-state procurement and Source-to-Pay workflows
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories
• Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow SPO capabilities and best practices
• Support testing, user acceptance, training, and change management activities
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process optimization and standardization across global operations

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or Source-to-Pay transformations
• Experience as a Functional Lead, Business Process Consultant, Product Owner, or Process Consultant on ServiceNow implementations
• Strong understanding of procurement operations, sourcing events, supplier onboarding, contracts, and purchasing workflows
• Experience facilitating workshops with executive and operational stakeholders
• Ability to document requirements, process flows, and future-state designs
• Prior ServiceNow SPO implementation experience (preferred)
• ServiceNow SPO badge/certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting multinational deployments (preferred)
• Background in consulting, transformation, or business process optimization initiatives (preferred)
• Familiarity with Oracle procurement or ERP platforms (preferred)
