ServiceNow SPO Architect

Location: Remote

Compensation Range: $93 - $108 per hour (Final compensation will be dependent on candidates skillset and experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a leading system integrator, is seeking a ServiceNow SPO Architect to lead the design and implementation of enterprise-level ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions for a global information management and secure storage services company. In this remote role, you will own the overall solution architecture, ensure alignment with business objectives, and guide technical delivery teams through all phases of implementation and deployment. You will conduct solution workshops, define platform architecture and integration strategies, support integrations with Oracle and other enterprise applications, and provide best practice guidance on procurement, sourcing, supplier governance, and contract management. This is an opportunity to work on a global ServiceNow implementation, collaborating with stakeholders and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and architect enterprise-level ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions
• Lead solution workshops and requirements discussions with business and technical stakeholders
• Define platform architecture, integration strategies, data models, and security considerations
• Provide guidance on best practices for sourcing, procurement, supplier governance, and contract management processes
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure architectural standards are maintained
• Support integrations with Oracle and other enterprise applications
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals
• Advise on ServiceNow SPO platform enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in solution design

WHAT YOU BRING

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Demonstrated experience architecting ServiceNow Source-to-Pay Operations (SPO) solutions
• Strong understanding of procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, and purchasing processes
• Experience designing enterprise integrations using APIs and middleware platforms
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong consulting and stakeholder engagement experience
• ServiceNow SPO badge/certification (preferred)
• Experience supporting large-scale global deployments (preferred)
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Oracle Cloud, SAP, or other ERP environments (preferred)
• Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist credentials (preferred)
