Position: Senior Networking Engineer
Location: Atlanta, GA
Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our team to help lead projects and implementation work across a top rated health system in Georgia. This opportunity will require full knowledge of the network redesign and refresh cycle, including working on routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers, as well as coordinating with multiple teams to ensure the environment is up to enterprise standards.
Key Requirements:
- 7+ years of networking experience
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with routing and switching
- Demonstrated success in working on network refresh and modernization projects
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure components including firewalls, wireless controllers, and LAN/WAN design
- Ability to work independently, be assertive, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable operating in a remote, fast-paced, agile environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare IT experience is highly preferred
- Exposure to Cisco tools and resources through direct collaboration
- CCNA & CCNP certifications
