Deloitte is seeking support for a Fortune 30 Health Insurance client dedicated to leveraging advanced data analytics and integration to improve healthcare outcomes. We are looking for a skilled Senior Dev Lead with expertise in BPMN, KNIME, Postgres, and Power BI to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data integration solutions and analytics dashboards. This role requires a deep understanding of Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN), KNIME, Postgres, and Power BI to support our data-driven decision-making processes.
Responsibilities:
- Data Integration and ETL Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows using KNIME.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Postgres databases.
- Optimize data integration pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Business Process Modeling:
- Use BPMN to model, analyze, and improve business processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Database Management:
- Manage and maintain Postgres databases, including performance tuning, backups, and restorations using pgBouncer, pgBackup, and pgRestore.
- Develop and execute complex SQL queries to support data analysis and reporting needs.
- Data Visualization and Reporting:
- Develop interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the delivery of actionable insights.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and IT professionals, to deliver integrated data solutions.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance and Documentation:
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the data integration and reporting processes.
- Document technical specifications, processes, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in data integration, ETL development, and data analytics.
- Proven experience with BPMN, KNIME, and Power BI.
- Strong experience with Postgres and associated tools (pgBouncer, pgBackup, pgRestore).
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in SQL and database management.
- Experience with data modeling and database design.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with an understanding of healthcare data and regulations.
- Familiarity with other data integration and visualization tools.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions, preferably on AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices.
