Sr. Supply Chain Analyst

6-Month Contract

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our premier Retail Client on a data management strategy team. The Analyst will play a crucial role in gathering and analyzing data from vendors to ensure smooth supply chain processes in Distribution Centers. 

As a key contributor to our client’s operations, the successful candidate will leverage their expertise in Microsoft Excel, strong communication skills, and analytical mindset to provide valuable insights that will drive decision-making processes. This role requires someone who is resourceful, eager to learn, adaptable, and committed to process improvement.

Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain effective communication channels with key stakeholders internally and with external vendor partners.

· Proactively identify areas of improvement based on data analysis.

· Interact with various vendors to gather relevant data and insights.

· Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize, clean, and analyze large datasets. 

  • Utilize SAP EWM to enter data and attributes provided by vendor partners

· Implement advanced Excel functions, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups, to extract meaningful information.

· Identify trends and patterns to formulate decisions based on the analysis of target account data.

· Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline data collection and analysis procedures.

· Identify opportunities for automation to increase efficiency and accuracy.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and enhance overall workflow.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Analytics, etc.).

· 4+ years of professional experience in a data analysis or related role.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as formulas, pivot tables, and lookups.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to interact confidently with external partners and internal stakeholders.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

· Proactive and self-motivated with a commitment to achieving results.

· Proven experience in process improvement initiatives is a plus.
