• Number of Beds: 25
• Patient Ratios: 4:1 days / 5:1 nights
• Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability): 1 CNC, 6-7RN, 2 tech, 1 US
• Type of equipment : Alaris Pumps, tele-tracking, Imobile Communication, B450 Monitors, Pyxis
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Full time- 36 hrs & every 3rd weekend. Part time 24 hrs & every 3rd weekend, PRN- 3 shifts a month with one day being a weekend. Travelers/Contract- 36 hrs & every other weekend.
• Floating policy: On a rotating system to meet needs of hospital
• Patient Experience requirements: Triaging acute care patients, identifying life-threatening rhythms
Hospital Specifics-
• Certifications: BLS required

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: Neuro & Cardiac experience

Must have :

Advanced skills needed:

Procedures performed on unit: Glucose monitoring, Foley insertion, Dressing changes, EKGs, peritoneal dialysis

Certifications Required: ACLS, NIH, & EKG rhythm certification

Dress Code : (Required uniform)
• Black scrubs (RN), Royal Blue (Techs), Grey (US). Closed toed shoes (no crocs)
