• Unit staffing description: minimum staffing is 2 Labor and Delivery nurses and NICU nurse in house 24/7.
• Type of equipment: Ventilator, Bubble CPAP, Airvo, Giraffe and Panda Warmers.
• Documentation system: Centricity Perinatal, Meditech
• Scheduling requirements: Nights, weekends vary

• Patient Experience requirements: 2 years in hospital

Requested Skill Set:

Must have :

Advanced skills needed: Assisting with intubation, assisting with Curosurf administration, Assisting with Umbilical Line Placement, Stabilization of preterm or term infants.

Procedures performed on unit: Circumcision

Certifications Required: NRP, BLS. Willing to obtain PALS.

Dress Code : (Required uniform)
• Caribbean blue scrubs, but may wear OR scrubs on unit.
