REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• Active TX RN License
Floating Area(s):
• Med/Renal, Oncology, Med/Surg Tele, CVTS and Telemetry
Dress Code:
• Scrub Color
• RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy
• Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
• Hair – hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
Unit Guidelines/Policies:
• Floating Guidelines – Expected to work and float to other areas
• Attendance Policies
Weekends and On call(if any)
• 4 weekend shifts in a schedule or 2 full weekends.
• Night shift weekend night Friday, Saturday, Sunday
