Local travelers with permanent residence within 50 miles of their assigned IU Health facility, will be offered $15 below the current bill rate.
IU Health is now offering charge pay, which is a $3.00 bill rate bump per hour

Shift: 3x12s
Call Requirement: 90-120 hours of call in a 6 week schedule
First Time Travelers Accepted IF they have Level 1 Trauma Experience
Required Certifications: BCLS
If candidates have IN/Compact license in hand or have submitted their fingerprint application package they are eligible to apply
Skillset Requirement: Minimum 3 years experience, Circulate, Level 1 Trauma Center **MUST HAVE experience in Heart/lung transplant, valve replacement, aortic dissection, receiving pump lines from perfusion and prepare them for cannulation, **If candidate has less than 3 years experience, they must have at least 1 year of Level 1 Trauma experience **CORE 5: MUST HAVE 3s and 4s in CV, PV, Heart, and Lung Transplant
Average Daily Census: 70-80
Rooms: 24
Special Procedures/Unit Details: OR RNs need to be well rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant as they will be floated where needed.
Special Equipment: DaVinci XI Methodist
Effective 11/30/24, IU Health will not allow IN RNs to work at their facilities (SEE EXCEPTIONS BELOW). **Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers are exempt from this rule. These IN travelers are allowed to work past the 11/30 deadline. Periop includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS** Shift Info: Day 3×12-Hour (06:30 – 19:00)
