Position: Budget Analyst
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH) or Direct Placement (DP)
Pay Rate: $55 – $60
Location: Remote
Conversion Salary: Approximately $115,000
Team Overview:
Join a dynamic team of six members, including two with 3 years of experience and four with over 20 years. The team is known for its openness to innovation. Effective communication and high engagement are essential due to the stress involved in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Milestone Creation: Develop and manage project milestones to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
- VELO’s CTMS System: Utilize VELO’s Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) for budget tracking and management.
- Industry Negotiations: Handle negotiations with industry partners, excluding federal contracts.
- Coverage Analysis: Perform coverage analysis to determine financial feasibility and compliance.
- Billing Adjudication: Manage billing adjudication processes, preferably with EPIC experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a relevant field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Relevant work experience can supplement educational requirements.
- Additional Skills: Experience as a coordinator is a plus.
