The Project Specialist, Brand Operations, is a dynamic, production savvy, and highly organized individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project coordination and support towards the creation of compelling brand creative for our client’s streaming platform.

This position requires some tangible production management skills across video, print, digital & design. Exceptional communication and prioritization skills.

This position will report to the Project Manager, Brand Operations and will be a key stakeholder to creative, marketing, design, press, and other business cross-functional teams within the Brand Marketing organization, as well as external agencies and freelancers. Team-player mentality, and commitment to building team culture are an absolute must.


· Project coordinate all facets of creative development from ideation, to production through delivery for 2024 Tentpole Brand Campaign & Seasonal/Partnerships Campaigns.

· Manage project planning actions and timelines, with clear communication across stakeholders.

· Create & manage required project documentation and reports including: asset trackers, timelines, production budgets, and vendor paperwork (NDAs, SOWs, invoices)

· Coding and tracking of production costs related to the 2024 Campaigns.

· Liaise with other coords/specialists around the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment on Brand campaigns.

· Represent the PMO and advocate for project management standards and best practices.


· Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, 2+ years experience working on production centric projects with strong production knowledge in the video, digital, and out-of-home spaces.

· Understanding of working with outside vendors and familiarity with tracking, organizing, and systemizing vendor invoices and payment schedules.

· Organized and extremely thorough, a stickler for process with documentations and tracking key campaign details

· Experience of project management methodologies and an ability to use the right method for the task and situation.

· Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization.

· Strong leadership skills, with the proven ability to coordinate team members across teams and locations.

· Background in production/post production/project management.

· Strong political acumen, able to tailor style and approach to influence teams and individuals to gain the commitment and performance required to deliver.

· Ability to learn asset management / project management software easily.

· Highly collaborative, able to build mutually beneficial relationships with delivery teams.

· Comfortable with uncertainty, but with the drive to establish order and structure.

· Calm under pressure.

· Keen understanding of how to consistently “move the ball forward” in varied circumstances.

· Analytical mind, the ability to learn from roadblocks and implement strategy to minimize in future.

· Culture carrier with strong leadership skills to drive, deliver, develop and inspire.

· Experience with AirTable or similar Project Management Software & an ability to learn such tools easily.
