Position: Project Manager
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: 6-month contract with a likelihood of extension
Start Date: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the benchmarking and ROI assessment to guide Amgen in restructuring and growing their internal team as they prepare for Epic Beacon and other Epic module implementations.
- Provide programmatic leadership to the internal teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and facilitating collaboration across functions.
- Collaborate with the secured Engagement Advisor to ensure smooth execution and delivery of insights from the benchmarking assessment.
- Manage the transition from the assessment phase to program establishment and expansion, with a focus on meeting key milestones within the 2-month timeframe.
- Deliver clear, actionable recommendations for restructuring, team growth, and preparation for Epic’s successful integration.
Qualifications:
- Programmatic Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale programs and lead multiple projects concurrently.
- Epic Beacon Implementation Experience: In-depth experience with Epic Beacon (required), and familiarity with other Epic modules is a huge plus.
- Benchmarking and ROI Assessment Expertise: Demonstrated experience in conducting ROI assessments to guide organizational growth and resource optimization.
- Bonus: Experience with Epic analytics, Healthy Planet, and/or Cogito is a significant advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare IT, clinical workflows, and implementation science.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while exceeding client expectations.
