Project Manager, Delivery & Trafficking Ops – Sports
6m Contract – Potential Extension/Conversion
$350-400/day
We are seeking an experienced Delivery & Trafficking operations project manager with expertise in campaign planning and execution, partner communication, trafficking, and spec management. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Campaign Ops team responsible for campaign development from strategy to creative production for our client’s sports campaigns. They will also bring strong communication skills, deep understanding of the evolving global media industry, a track record of successful media campaign execution and a strong knowledge of project management best practices. This role will support a team that innovates workflows and tools, maintains quality standards, and builds valuable relationships to drive creative delivery initiatives for our streaming client.
The Project Manager, Delivery & Trafficking Ops, is a highly effective savvy project professional responsible for managing the delivery of assets and optimizing systems, tools and processes for Brand & Sports Ops at our streaming client and its key programming. This role will keep delivery on track at all times while proactively identifying risks and solutions along the way in partnership with Campaign Ops. They will also be responsible to manage systems, optimize tools & process documents for the Brand and Sports team.
This position will report to the Sr Project Manager, Delivery & Trafficking Operations and will manage a team of project specialists. An ability to lead with empathy, and influence with authority across a large group of stakeholders to keep delivery moving forward is a must. Manage Systems, Tools & Process Documents for Brand and Sports Ops
· Create and improve required project documentation, including asset trackers and process optimizations.
· Lead change management process for systems, tools and process optimizations as required
· Partner with cross-functional teams to define problems and potential solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. Solution oriented thinking is critical for success in this role.
· Lead the development and implementation of delivery and media execution process and solutions that span cross-functionally and with external agency teams.
· Provide strategic insights and recommendations for enhancing delivery operations and optimizing resource allocation.
Sports Ops Delivery & Trafficking
· Oversee and manage intake and delivery of all Sports topical tune-in and Sports Awareness/Performance marketing assets.
· Partner with legacy media Sports Ops for all streaming topical tune-in asset requests to ensure timely delivery.
· Serve as the main point of contact for versioning vendors, QC, tracking and organizing all asset deliverables.
· Ensure compliance with delivery guidelines for all promotional assets and store final AV and static content in appropriate internal Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems.
· Interpret spec briefing documents to input marketing needs into our creative ordering system (Airtable) for all channels, platforms, and placements.
· Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners to ensure successful delivery and execution of campaign assets.
· Liaise with Sports Campaign Ops & legacy media Sports Ops to ensure cross-functional alignment and provide assurance around dependencies
· Coordinate asset traffic across various channels including video, audio, digital, device, CTV, OOH, and awareness social. Be the main point of contact for delivery updates across tactics.
· Act as the subject matter expert for the technical requirements of all media specs across channels and platforms
Brand Awareness Campaign Delivery

Qualifications/Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent, 4+ years’ experience leading delivery & trafficking assets for campaigns
· Proficiency in Airtable preferred.
· Demonstrated experience in supporting project managing high-volume deliverables, media operations, and executing high-impact media campaigns.
· Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, driving alignment towards common goals and objectives.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead high-volume delivery while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to work across several high-impact projects at the same time.
· A commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence.
