Job Description:

The Project Manager will provide administrative and operational support for patient recruitment initiatives across the client’s Phase 2, Phase 3 and Phase 4 Immunology clinical trials. This role will work closely with the Immunology TA Recruitment Strategist and Immunology Strategic Delivery Leads within the Patient Engagement team to ensure smooth execution of tactics and timely coordination across a large and fast-moving portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, documentation, and metrics tracking, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a clinical research or healthcare environment. The PM will also support the development of dashboards and reports to monitor recruitment performance, and will assist with the coordination of special projects and logistics-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Project Coordination: Organize project calendars, support team meetings (including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups), and maintain action item trackers.
  • Operational Tracking & Documentation: Manage trackers, project documentation, and status updates for recruitment and retention tactics across the Immunology portfolio.
  • Timeline & Budget Monitoring: Support timeline adherence and assist in tracking budget utilization in coordination with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Dashboard & Metrics Support: Build and maintain project dashboards and reports using tools such as Excel, Power BI, to support metric-based decision-making.
  • Special Project Assistance: Provide administrative and project management support for ad hoc initiatives led by the TA Recruitment Strategist, including coordination, communication, and status reporting.
  • Process Support: Help ensure consistent project processes, documentation standards, and operational efficiency across trials and tactics.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in project coordination or clinical trial operations considered.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or project support role, ideally within clinical research, patient recruitment, or healthcare.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, and project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Experience with dashboard/reporting tools such as Power BI is strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills; comfortable collaborating across diverse teams and functions.
  • Familiarity with clinical development processes or patient engagement strategies is a plus, but not required.
