Ideal Candidate Profile:
Project Management Experience:
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing or coordinating projects, preferably in healthcare or payer operations.
- Familiarity with project lifecycles, scope management, scheduling, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders across various departments.
- Confident leading meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining clear, timely communication.
Technical and Organizational Proficiency:
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Able to manage project documentation using SharePoint and track project status using standard reporting tools.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight timelines.
- Demonstrates urgency and accountability for project milestones and delivery.
Analytical and Problem-Solving:
- Capable of identifying risks and issues early, escalating appropriately, and supporting mitigation strategies.
- Shows critical thinking and decision-making ability within project parameters.
Preferred Attributes:
- Background or interest in healthcare, Medicaid, or state implementation projects.
- Comfortable working in a structured PMO environment and advocating for process adherence.
