Responsibility Overview

  • Operate mail sort equipment for lockbox
  • Operate and perform all related duties on the Opex Matrix while also performing routine maintenance on the equipment
  • Complete general housekeeping on and around the equipment


Qualifications/Desired Experience 

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in a production or Lockbox preferred


Responsibilities/Day to Day

  • Operate and perform all related duties on the sorter equipment
  • Operate and perform related duties on the Opex Matrix
  • Perform routine maintenance and perform quality checks and basic trouble shooting of the equipment
  • Meet and maintain production standards as set by the assigned department
  • Review, sort, and audit materials as needed
  • Communicate equipment issues, as occurring, to management team
  • Complete all assigned paperwork and report on equipment’s productivity
  • Perform general housekeeping on and around equipment
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures
  • Comply with banking regulations as they relate to customer confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned 



  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in strenuous environments
  • Ability to kneel, squat, bend and stand
  • Occasionally lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
