• Patient Ratios – 47% Inpatient, 49% Emergency, 4% Outpatient on this unit.

• Type of equipment – GE 64 slice VCT, GE 16 slice Brightspeed, 2 – GE 16 slice Optima

• EMR – Meditech RIS, McKesson PACS

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• ARRT(R)(CT), Texas GMRT, BLS (American Heart)

• Acute care, TRAUMA CT experience

• Venipuncture

• All CT techs will be required to come with a copy of their High School or College Diploma.

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Cardiac CT

• Interventional CT guidance

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Comprehensive diagnostic and interventional CT including cardiac.

• Trauma and stroke protocols

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
