Shift Details- Please correct information below if needed:
• Quantity:
• Bill Rate: (RN) $76.00 / (Tech) $78.00
• Assignment Length: 13 weeks
• Shift/Workdays: 8 hour mixed shifts (6am to 14:30 / 14:00 to 22:30) where needed
• Weekend – Discuss during interview
• Call Requirements: ON- Call: 10day/month (includes 1 full weekend)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hrs.
• Special Skills/Experience required: 2 Years +

Hiring profile
Requested Skill Set:
Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role)
• BLS/ACLS
• CATH TECHs must be RCIS/ARRT
• RNS and CVT must have 5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath/PCI/STEMI
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed: (candidates with these skills will be considered first)
• Cath RN: 5 yr.+ Cath Lab experience
• Cath CVT/ RCIS: must be RCIS with 5 yrs.+ experience
• 5yrs experience in Diagnostic Cardiac Cath/PCI/STEMI
• Pediatric (congenital heart)
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN/ Tech)
• Active TX RN License-Temp License are no longer accepted
• CATH TECHs must be RCIS/ARRT
Procedures performed on unit:
• Diagnostic Cath/ PCI/Structural heart/ TAVR/TMVR
Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
• Scrub Color
o Cath Lab RN/Tech: Scrubs Provided by department
• Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
• Hair – hair should be neat and clean with no extrem styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
• Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not fessible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
• Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited
