Job Title: Environmental Services Associate
Location: CHI Health Good Samaritan Hospital in Kearny, Nebraska
Contract Duration: 6 months (possible for extension)
Job Description:
- Perform routine cleaning of patient rooms, nursing units, surgical areas, administrative offices, and public areas.
- Perform Laundry and Linen Services throughout the hospital, ensuring rooms have proper materials.
- Utilize a variety of cleaning agents, disinfectants, and equipment to maintain sanitary conditions.
- Follow protocols for handling biohazardous waste and other hospital waste.
- Dust, mop, sweep, scrub, and vacuum hallways, floors, and other spaces.
- Execute deep cleaning procedures as required and maintain records of cleaning schedules.
- Report repairs and replacements encountered when executing daily tasks.
