Title: Cloud Systems Architect

Location: 100% remote (Midwest resident preferred)

Duration: 3 months with chance of extension

Start: ASAP

Our Midwest Public Sector client is currently undergoing a Data Modernization Initiative overhaul (DMI), and is in the process of selecting a new cloud provider to partner with to transition on-prem to cloud. They are in need of a very high-level Cloud Systems Architect with experience in Azure, AWS and GCP, who can offer both high-level advisement through the selection process, as well as ongoing support once the selection is made on process, protocol and implementation.

Current project charter high level requirements:

  • Connect data from disparate systems starting with the early adopter’s data, followed by remaining data sets.
  • Link data sets whenever possible/appropriate, leveraging existing tools like Customer Hub where necessary/appropriate.
  • Allow access, comparison, and analysis of multiple data sets using one user interface.
  • Ensure a secure platform with a standardized process for access, audit, and user termination.
  • Standard data refresh rate based on data source.
  • Interoperability with current and future systems including Customer Hub, Meta-Data repository, and Open Data Portal.
