Title: Clinical Trial Data Analyst
Start Date: 4/21/2025
Location: Pleasanton, CA (5 days per week on-site)
Contract: 3 month contract-to-hire
The Clinical Trial Finance/Business/Data Analyst will work with a team under direct supervision of the Clinical
Trials Program Financial Planning and Analysis Team Lead.
Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs related to clinical trial activities and negotiate with sponsors
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
- Improve process efficiency within the program through automation or other methods
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience, 2 years in clinical trials
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proficient in using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data validation, and other complex Excel functions
- Strong understanding of clinical trial protocols
- Must demonstrate excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Process improvement experience is largely preferred
