Position: Clinical Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract up to 3 years

Position Summary: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Clinical Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and interpreting complex clinical data to support our diagnostic product development and regulatory submissions. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of clinical data, which is essential for advancing our mission of delivering high-quality diagnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Management:
    • Collect, clean, and validate clinical data from various sources.
    • Develop and maintain databases to store clinical data.
    • Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous validation and verification processes.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Perform statistical analyses on clinical data to support research and development activities.
    • Generate detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with biostatisticians to design and analyze clinical studies.
  • Regulatory Support:
    • Prepare data sets and documentation for regulatory submissions.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical data management.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical operations, biostatistics, regulatory affairs, and software development.
    • Provide data insights and support to clinical project teams.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to improve data collection and analysis processes.
    • Implement best practices and innovative solutions for data management and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Biostatistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline). Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical data analysis or a related role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in statistical software and programming languages (e.g., SAS, R, Python).
  • Experience with clinical data management systems (e.g., EDC systems like Medidata, Oracle Clinical).
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA) and guidelines (e.g., GCP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
