Job Description:
We are seeking a Caresphere WS Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role involves onsite support for the go-live of Caresphere Workflow Solution (WS) at labs nationwide. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for assisting with the preparation and execution of the go-live process, ensuring that Caresphere WS is successfully integrated and operational in lab environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite support to laboratories during the go-live process, ensuring smooth implementation of Caresphere WS.
- Assist in the preparation and setup of the system prior to the go-live, including system configurations and user training.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during the go-live process to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Collaborate with lab staff, IT teams, and project managers to ensure successful system adoption and integration.
- Ensure that the Caresphere WS platform is fully operational and that users are confident and proficient in using the system.
- Document and report any issues, solutions, and system feedback to the appropriate teams for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Caresphere WS, workflow management, and lab informatics systems.
- Proven experience in onsite support or go-live implementations in clinical or laboratory settings.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and travel nationwide for on-site visits as needed.
- Strong communication skills for training and collaborating with lab staff.
- Technical background in healthcare IT or laboratory systems is preferred.
