Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Duties

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize computerized systems to track orders and manage customer accounts.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate strong phone etiquette and professionalism in all communications.

Experience

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 6+ months of previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using office software and computerized systems for data entry.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, are a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
