Client: Provider-Led, Primary & Post-Acute Organization
Title: EHR Training & Curriculum Analyst
Location: Remote with up to 20% travel to various locations in US
Contract: 6-month contract with possible conversion and/or extension
Start Date: 7/21/25 but flexible
Interviews: 10:30am and 11am CST Wednesday 7/16
Overview:
Our client is rapidly acquiring new physician groups, and will need to get the physicians training on their EHR as well as other clinical technology tools such as telemedicine, secure messaging, remote patient monitoring, etc.
This individual will report to the Director of Informatics & M&A Integration, and will assist in rapidly training new physicians to ensure proper technology adoption. They will work alongside Learning and Development, EHR Analysts, and other technical and operational leaders.
Requirement:
- 3+ years EHR training and/or instructional design experience, ideally with multiple EHRs and technology tools
- RN, PLP or other relevant clinical background required, preferred in senior living, home health, hospice or other ambulatory setting
- Experienced in remote EHR provider training
- Proficiency with VISIO and clinical training documentation creation
- Excellent organizational skills
- Is a self-starter; has the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
